Features: Due to the crappy economy, I have begun leasing the upstairs of my home. This space is available only as a fully furnished space; if you have furniture you will need to store it somewhere else. The upstairs of my home consists of two main rooms, a small room I once used as an office, a bathroom, and a decent size hallway which sort of doubles as a dressing area/additional storage area.
Because of the shared nature of the house, I only accept month-to-month lease arrangements; if I drive you crazy, you can leave with 30 days notice. If you drive me crazy, I can ask you to leave with 30 days notice. Due to the high level of trust required for me to let someone share my home, I conduct a fairly extensive interview process above and beyond my normal application process.
