Features: If you want the character of a 140 year-old house, this might be the apartment for you. Three years ago I tore up the carpet and restored the original irregular-width painted-pine floors. After that, we corrected flaws in the plaster walls and now it´s everything you´d want from Ypsi´s historic district. If the charm of wavy-glass windows, huge woodwork, and wood floors are´t enough, then maybe the kitchen window overlooking the Huron River and Frog Island will do it. The apartment also boasts a large kitchen, generous-sized bedroom, large living room, and two large closets.
