The living room can be closed off from the kitchen by way of large oak pocket doors. The kitchen is huge. House has updated electrical (lots of three prong outlets) and plumbing (excellent water pressure!). The back yard is also quite large and comes equipped with a picnic table and a charcoal fired Webber grill.
