Features: Nice apartment in a beautiful old 1875-built house. Apartment features 10-foot ceilings in the living room and the original fire place (non-working) and mantle. Bedroom and living room both have gorgeous hardwood floors. Kitchen is small but well laid-out. Kitchen windows face south so it is always bright and sunny. Bedroom has lots of large storage closets for seasonal type items. A very nice apartment for the money.
